This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Inpor ("Company") regarding your use of the Emektar mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
You may not: Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. Use the App for any unlawful purpose. Distribute, sublicense, or lease the App to third parties. Violate any applicable laws while using the App.

3. Ownership
The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the App.

4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy.

5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkiye, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Inpor the Emektar app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Inpor at no cost and is intended for use as is.
